48 m² 3-star apartment with lockable underground parking in the center of Cannes. Just an 8-minute walk from the train station and an 11-minute walk to the Boulevard de la Croisette, the „Palais des Festivals“, and the beaches. The non-smoker-apartment can accommodate a maximum of 4 persons and consists of an air-conditioned bedroom with box spring bed, fully equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed and air-condition, bathroom with bath tub and a separate toilet. The fully tiled apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the modern building, which is equipped with a lift. In the living room there are dining area with dining table and 6 chairs, Smart TV and couch with 2 armchairs. The apartment offers the guests one 12 m² sun terrace with access from the living room, the bedroom and the kitchen.

The dining area of the living room consists of a dining table with 6 chairs.
Modern and finely tuned LED lighting creates an atmospheric ambience.

An electrically heated towel rail combined with
room heating ensures pleasant temperatures in
the bathroom on cold days.
The toilet is placed in a separate room.
The sun terrace is accessible from the living room, the kitchen, and the bedroom. It is equipped with a
lounge-stile garden furniture. There is also a sunbed and a parasol.

Rental conditions:
The rental price outside the film festival per day is €98.00 for an occupancy of two persons. Each additional
person: €10.00 per day. Maximum occupancy of the apartment: 4 persons.
During the film festival the rent is €198,00 per night; maximum occupancy with two people.
Pets are not allowed.
A deposit of €500,00 has to be paid on arrival; this will be refunded on departure; if the carer has not found
any damage in the apartment.
The rental price includes bed tax, final cleaning, bed linen, towels as well as the costs for water, electricity
and WiFi.
